Firstly the PCB is assembled by external electronics company based in Bolton.
This assembly is arranged By Gandolf solutions in Blackburn

Finally the units are assembled , tested and boxed by Gandolf Solutions and delivered to you.


Owl Intelligent Microscope

The internal lens array is polished and assembled
The PCBs are assembled and checked
The internal Cage and front and Rear plate are manufactured
The Extrusion is Laser cut
The internal Wire loom is made
The Owl is then tested and Aligned
The Unit is packaged and delivered to you

Note : All optical arrays will now be polished and assembled in a CLEAN room
At BAE Lostock in Quantities of 10
